Our packages provide all-inclusive solutions that offer a simple yet inspired way to plan and manage your special event. At up to 30% off our normal rates, these packages offer incredible value and promise a stress-free planning experience!
Here’s a breakdown of our available packages:
Premium Seated Marquee Event
When you select our Premium Seated Marquee Event Package, you’ll get a premium quality Marquee in a location of your choice, set with all those must-have design elements to create a luxe setting and memories to last a lifetime, including:
- 1-2 hour style consultation at your selected venue, plus a marquee floor plan layout
- Set-up and pack down of a Clear Premium Hocker Marquee to suit your guest numbers
- The choice of 4 table styles and 3 chair styles to suit your guest numbers
- Outdoor timber hardwood dance floor
- Fairy lighting or festoon lighting for inside the marquee, plus festoon lighting to encompass the dance floor
- Italian Linen napkins and cloths if required
Cocktail Marquee Event
In our Cocktail Marquee Event Package, you’ll receive all the essentials required for this type of event. The result is a perfect blank canvas that you can bring to life with your own unique vision and style. This package includes:
- 1-2 hour style consultation at your selected venue, plus a marquee floor plan layout
- Set-up and pack down of a Clear Premium Hocker Marquee to suit your guest numbers
- Outdoor timber hardwood dance floor
- Fairy lighting or festoon lighting for inside the marquee, plus festoon lighting to encompass the dance floor
- Service bar with barware (Champagne bucket, ice lugs and bins)
- 3 cocktail tables with stools
- 1 lounge suite with coffee table
Deluxe Event Package
When you choose our Deluxe Event Package, you’ll receive complete access to the South West Event Studio inventory. This means you can select whatever you like from our collection of premium products to create your perfect event oasis. Plus, we’ll manage the set-up and pack down of your event, and coordinate with vendors to make sure your every need is catered for. This package includes:
- 1-2 hour style consultation at your selected venue, plus a marquee floor plan layout
- Showroom meeting to discuss design style
- Style concept board
- Vendor schedule
- Styling set-up and pack down team
- Customised fit-out
- Complete access to our entire South West Event Studio inventory
- A Clear Premium Hocker Marquee to suit your guest numbers
- Choice of 4 table styles and 3 chair styles, sofas, cocktail tables and stools
- Outdoor timber hardwood dance floor
- Fairy lighting or festoon lighting for inside the marquee and dance floor
- Unlimited tableware including crystal glassware
- Choice of service bars and barware
- Cool room
- Heaters
- Marquee covers
Our Deluxe Event Package requires a minimum commitment of 60 guests.
